	Happy 1st Birthday to the New Online Service Welcome to the seventh edition of PLR e-News. Our new online service has been in operation for a year, and is a great success with over 60% of book registrations submitted online as opposed to "snail mail". Our online demonstration has proved popular to get a quick insight into the features available for those who manage their account online. We've listened to feedback and it appears that some users were having difficulty remembering their login details to access their account. We have re-designed the online login page which we hope will offer more assistance to those who have problems with their User ID and password. If you do not yet have an online account, and you would like to manage your PLR online you can apply for an online account. Accounts are usually activated on the same day that you submit your application. As soon as you receive an email confirming your online User ID, you can log into your account to view titles registered, add new titles, view your statement and much more.

30 June Reminder

	Books must be registered by 30 June 2008 in order to be credited with loans recorded since 1 July 2007. Online applications must be submitted by midnight on 30 June to be included in the year end calculations. Postal applications must also be received by no later than 30 June. You can apply to register your published titles online or via an application form. Application forms are available to download on our website. Alternatively you can request a form to be posted to you.
