how to obtain information

In the Scheme, information has been arranged into Classes. Under each Class of Information the Scheme will state whether the information is available on PLR's website, by post and/or by email. Where information is available on PLR's website a link will take you to the correct page on the website. Where information is available by post a request can be made in writing or by email to the Registrar's Office. It will be specified if a charge applies. See Fees. If you require assistance finding information you require please contact the PLR office on +44 (0)1642 604699. Some information is not retrospective (summaries of past meetings have not been prepared) and some information, eg policies, will be removed when they are no longer current. Summaries of meetings will be removed after five years. You can apply for access to information not listed in PLR's Publication Scheme. Please apply in writing to:
Please include the following details when applying for access to information: Your name and address (and email address if appropriate) The information or documents you would like to access The way you would like the information to be sent to you (eg hard copy, via email) All requests for information will be dealt with promptly and, in any event, decisions will be made no later than twenty working days from receipt of the request for information. If a fee is required, the twenty working days will be extended by up to three months until the fee is paid. In cases where information is covered by an exemption, but PLR is then required to consider the public interest in releasing it, PLR will provide the information within a reasonable time. |
