Document: Quinquennial Review Report, 2002
Description: The Report published in December 2002 was a result of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport's review of the PLR Scheme. The review looked at issues such as the continuing need for PLR, the continuing appropriateness of the Scheme's provisions and scope, the efficiency and effectiveness of the Registrar's administration of PLR, and the future direction of the Scheme. The final Report, proposed no major changes to the Scheme or its administration; but included a number of recommendations relating to the scope of PLR and future direction of the Scheme.
