PLR hold an archive of all sample libraries used since PLR's inception in 1982. Each list contains the regions and individual authorities used. The listings from 1982/83 - 1991/92 are based on the eight regions specified in the PLR legislation. Listings from 1992/93 onwards are based on the nine government regions for England plus Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
