The top 20 listings are broken down into various categories and are based on the most borrowed titles nationally.
The top 100 listings are a combination of all categories and listings are available for the most borrowed titles in the UK and by regions.
From 2006-07 the regional listings are based on the nine government regions for England - plus Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Archive regional listings prior to this are based on the eight regions specified in the PLR Scheme.
(Titles are included in these listings whether or not the authors are eligible to register books for PLR.)
