We are delighted to report that during the financial year 2007-08 we achieved a satisfaction rate of 99% amongst our registered authors which comfortably exceeded our target of 95%.

A copy of our "How Are We Doing?" survey was sent to all applicants who submitted book registrations or personal details changes via our postal registration system between 1 April 2007 and 31 March 2008.

A total of 298 surveys were returned to us and we achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 99%. 68% of the responses were marked "Excellent". The full survey results are available as a pdf document.

If you have a registration query, encounter problems with our online registration service, have a press or policy issue or a more general comment to make, please complete our Feedback Form which will be forwarded to the relevant member of staff at the PLR office.

You might like to send your views or suggestions to the Registrar for passing on to the PLR Management Board which exists to advise the Registrar on the operation and future development of PLR.
